shipping, damages, and returns
I ship all over the world. All orders are dispatched within three working days and I will notify you as soon as your package is sent.
All packages are sent as standard mail without a tracking number. If you would like to arrange a different delivery method, I would be happy to accommodate.
Orders within the UK normally arrive within two working days. Deliveries elsewhere in the world will depend on location and time of year. Typically, deliveries will not take longer than 15 working days for locations furthest away.
Shipping Rates will be calculated during the checkout procedure.
Should your purchase arrive in poor condition due to the wear and tear of postal travel, please contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the damaged package and contents.
Returns & Refunds:
If you would like a refund or to exchange your purchase, please contact me at email@example.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. I will reply with a returns address.
I do accept refunds and exchanges, providing that the unused product is returned to me in its original packaging with its receipt and order number.
For returns, the full purchase price will be refunded. Shipping costs for the return will not be reimbursed however; it is your responsibility to cover this cost.
I will notify you upon receipt of the returned purchase. I aim to process your refund within three working days to your original payment method.
Please be aware that all sale items are final sales; they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
